What does the registration cost include? All of our amazing instructors, photo walks, and general sessions. Lodging, transportation, and meals are not included. .

It looks like you all party a lot, am I required to socialize? Nope. But, we’re all cousins. We welcome everyone with open arms. You’ll enjoy meeting and connecting with everyone.

Are all cultures and racial backgrounds permitted to attend the Cookout? Absolutely! We love and celebrate diversity!

Where is the exact location of the conference? The Read House Hotel | 107 W MLK Blvd, Chattanooga, TN 37402

What time does the event start on Sunday? Our actual Cookout starts on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at 1pm. Attendees usually arrive on the morning of the actual Cookout or midday and join in the fun after their flight arrives.

Is there a hotel room discount? Absolutely! We have discounted rates at the Read House for $159 a night. Upon registration, we will send you a link to book your hotel stay at a discounted rate.
